St. Pierre: Adelard Pierre A resident of R. R. # 1 Pain Court, Adelard P. St. Pierre passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Tuesday November 4, 2008 at the age of 90 years. Born in Dover Twsp., son of the late Alex and Marie Jeannette (Couture) St. Pierre Beloved husband of the late Helen Jean (Webster) St. Pierre (2002). Dear father of Sandra and Dave Downey of R.R. # 1 Pain Court, Wayne St. Pierre of R.R. # 1 Pain Court and the late Beverly St. Pierre (2004). Grandfather of Thomas & Dorota St. Pierre, Carol St. Pierre & Mike Riddell, Christine & Bill Ganderup, Sean Downey & Tara Yamamoto, Elizabeth & Brian Sunnen and Lindsay Downey and Jordan Wickett. Great Grandfather of Vanessa & Natalie St. Pierre, Brittany & Justin Ganderup, Sarah Riddell, Brian & Amaya McLean, Maira Jean Downey and Zadie Sunnen. Brother of the late Beulah Hickey, Bargere (Bertha) Tetreault, Parmila Halpert, Bella Myers, Napolean (Paul), Hector and Clement St. Pierre. Mr. St. Pierre was a retired Dover farmer, a Public school trustee from 1936-1960 and a former employee of the Bank of Nova Scotia. He has been the Canadian Distributor of the Legge Farm Machinery Company and imported equipment for combines. The Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday November 6, 2008 from 2:00-4:30 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service from the Funeral Home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Greg Bonin officiating. Interment Maple City Cemetery, Chatham. Donations to the Foundation of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance – MRI Fund appreciated.
