Obituary of Betty Sanford

SANFORD: Betty Jane. A resident of Blenheim, Betty Sanford died peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the age of 86. Born in Highgate, daughter of the late Albert & Frances (Gordon) Tinline. Beloved wife of the late Lewis Fox (1969) and Jasper Sanford (1984). Loving mother of Jim & Pina Fox of Oshawa, and the late Tom Fox (2002). She is survived by her grandchildren Deb & Nick Roberts of Blenheim, Rob & Patty Fox of London; 2 great grandsons; and step-grandchildren Mena, Dean & Frank. Dear sister of Robert J. (Bob) & Marj Tinline of Chatham, and the late Margaret Matthews, Bill, Jack, and Frank Tinline, and Frances Smith. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews, including Barb & Blake Montague of Highgate, Sandra & Murray Lozon of Chatham, and Ryan & Ruth Tinline of Chatham, and their families. Cremation has taken place. A private family committal service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim with Rev. Dr. Margaret Moriyama officiating.
