Obituary of Doreen Mavis Dierickx

DIERICKX: Doreen Mavis (nee Le Nepveu), A resident of Chatham, Doreen died on Friday,December 5, 2008, at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 90. Born in Perth Australia, on October 25, 1918. Beloved wife of the late Frans ‘Dutchy’ Dierickx (1994). Loving mother of Coral Mulcahy & Ron Rush of Chatham, Francine & Richard Buston of Tilbury, and Fred Dierickx & Janine Griffore of Chatham. Doreen is missed by her grandchildren Kim Mulcahy, Tammy Mulcahy & Paul Burk, Tony & Colleen Rush, Lesa & Paul Roberts, Chris Buston, Marc & Julie Buston, Jeff & Janet Buston, and Morgan Dierickx. She is remembered by her great grandchildren Jordan and Justin Edmondson, Karesa Mulcahy, Jeramy and Cody VanDeWynkle, Alesha Kissinger, Mandy Mulcahy, Karlee Tye, Hunter Burk, Faith Rush, Shawn, T.J., and Nick Edwards, Trevor and Drew Roberts, Alesha, Kayla, Sydney, Brett, and Derek Buston. Doreen is survived by one sister Betty in Australia. She was a long time member of the Kent Belgium Dutch Canadian Club, and loved her books. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Monday, December 8, 2008 from 2:00-4:30 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from the Funeral Home.
