Hut; Roelf, a resident of Chatham and formerly Welland, Ontario. Roelf Hut died Thursday December 18, 2008 at Copper Terrace Nursing Home, Chatham at the age of 80. Born in Stadskanaal, The Netherlands son of the late Pieter Hendrik & Jantje (Venema) Hut. Beloved husband of the late Anne Frances (Ivan) Hut (2007). Dear father of Sharon & Blair Andrews, Chatham. Grandfather of Allyson Andrews. Brother of Grietge Kievit, Rotterdam and the late Elzo Hut. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Monday December 22, 2008 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Welland , Ontario at a later date. A special thank you is extended to all the staff at Copper Terrace.
