Schives; Karen Marguerite, a resident of Chatham. Karen Schives died Sunday December 28, 2008 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 66. Born in Windsor, Ontario daughter of the late Claude & Amy (Wallace) Dafoe. Beloved wife of Robert Thomas Schives. Dear mother of Linda Lennox, Toronto; Heather & Duane Morrison, St. George; Beth Lennox & Peter Kowalewski, Cambridge. Grandmother of Olivia & Andrew Morrison and James & Owen Kowalewski. Sister of Beverly & Norval Rock, Fergus. Daughter-in-law of Grant Schives and the late Bertha Schives (2006). Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Thursday January 1, 2009 from 2:00–5:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Lynn Brown officiating.
