Obituary of Marie Theresa Bergeron

Bergeron: Marie Theresa (nee Maure) A resident of Chatham and formerly of Windsor, Theresa Bergeron passed away at Riverview Gardens in Chatham on January 8, 2009 at the age of 80. Born in Paincourt, daughter of the late Henry and Celina (Therrien) Maure. Loving wife of Vincent Bergeron. Dear mother of Denise and Rosaire Emery of Chatham. Proud grandmother to Matthew and Christopher Emery. Sister to André and Pat Maure of Dresden, Vincent and Doreen Maure of Marathon, Noella Thibert of Sturgeon Falls, Jeanette and Ray Bechard of Chatham, Rosemarie and Norman Goudreau of Paincourt, Yvette Blommers of Chatham. Predeceased by her brothers John, Ralph and Rosaire Maure. Also predeceased by her sister Loretta Lajeunesse; sister-in-law Theresa Maure and brother-in-law Edward. Theresa was a former employee of the Windsor Raceway. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 –9:00 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at the Funeral Home on Monday January 12, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Fr. Eugene Roy officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at Immaculée Conception Cemetery at a later date.
