Obituary of Howard Randall

A resident of Highgate, Howard passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Randall (1971). Loving father of Michael Randall of Highgate and Debbie MacKenzie (Randy) of Chatham. Proud grandfather of Jordan, Krystle and Justina Randall and Nickolas and Mathew MacKenzie. Great-grandfather of Chase Randall. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Howard was the son of the late Hercules and Lydia Randall. Predeceased by his sister Freda Atwell of Blenheim and his brother Hercules “Junior” Randall of Highgate. Howard was a bartender at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch#335 in Highgate for 35 years and was a proud Orford farmer. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Tuesday from 2:00-4:30 p.m and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Legion Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Donald MacMillan officiating.
