LOUZON: Gordon. A resident of R.R.#8 Chatham, Gordon Louzon passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the age of 77. Born in Chatham Township, son of the late Albert and Hattie (Cadotte) Louzon. Beloved husband of Mary (Bechard) Louzon for 58 years. Dear father of Darlene and Ron Petaske of Calgary, Alberta, Robyn and Mike Hartney of Sherwood Park, Alberta, and Gary and Sonya Louzon of Chatham. Grandfather of Bobby and Shelli Trella, Nikki and David Balogh, Holly and Jay Roe, Peter Petaske, Meghan Petaske, Ryan Petaske, Michael and Amanda Hartney, Matthew Hartney, Jesse Wheeler, Joshua Wheeler, and Hannah Louzon. Great-grandfather of Julia, Erin, Cole, Sean, and Paige. Brother of Jim Louzon of Chatham, Virgie DeMeyers of Wallaceburg, Loretta Lepp of Texas, and predeceased by 6 brothers and sisters. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Gordon farmed in Dover Township for over 40 years. He was a member of Immaculée Conception Church, and a 3rd Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9693, Pain Court. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Monday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday at 3:30 p.m. and Knights of Columbus Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculée Conception Church, Pain Court on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe.
