Obituary of Karl Wesley Trousdale

TROUSDALE: Karl Wesley A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Orillia and Toronto, Karl Trousdale died on Monday, June 1, 2009, at Copper Terrace Nursing Home, at the age of 74. Karl is survived by his children Karl Bruce Trousdale of London, Sharon Groot-McLaren of London, and Leslie & Mark Scherer of Belmont. Also survived by grandchildren Damien, Melissa, Jamie, Haylee, Holly, and Erik, and 2 great grandchildren. Karl was an avid sportsman. He would spend many cold months in Myrtle Beach golfing or playing tennis. Cremation has taken place with a private family graveside remembrance to follow in Toronto. Donations made in memory of Karl to the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
