Obituary of Robert Zvaniga

ZVANIGA: Robert (Swanee). A resident of Ridgetown and formerly of Cambridge, Robert (Swanee) Zvaniga passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Sunday, June 7, 2009 at the age of 62. Born in Galt, son of Mrs. Grace (Dawson) Zvaniga of Cambridge, and the late Hans Zvaniga. Beloved husband of Cheryl (Pinder) Zvaniga for 38 years. Dear father of Brandy Haycock and her husband Aaron of Barrie, Steven Zvaniga and his wife Melissa of Ridgetown, and Jeffrey Zvaniga and his wife Lisa of Belle River. Papa to Michael, and Christopher; Saadi, Chloe and Pheobi; Kyle, Brooke and Ryan. Brother of Patricia Murawsky of Cambridge, Paul (Spike) and Jan Zvaniga of Bath, Edward (Abe) and Sandi Zvaniga of Cambridge, Nancy Zvaniga of Cambridge, and the late Jane and Richard Beer. Son-in-law of Mrs. Mildred Pinder of Cambridge, and the late Robert Pinder. Brother-in-law of Bryan and Jane Pinder of Cambridge, and Barbara and Bill Franks of St. Catharines. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in New Hope Cemetery, Cambridge.
