Obituary of Mary Russchen

RUSSCHEN: Mary. A resident of Blenheim, Mary Russchen passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at the age of 95. Born in Russia, daughter of the late John and Eufimja (Kolb) Kochnowich. Beloved wife of the late Joseph (Joe) Russchen (1980). Dear mother of Mary Ann Wright and her husband Bill of Blenheim, John Russchen and his wife Jane of Vancouver, B.C., and the late Irene Hancock (1985). Grandmother of Susan, Michael, Todd, Mark, Laura, David, and Kristie. Great-grandmother of 5. Sister of the late Fred Kochnowich (1996). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Russchen came to Canada in 1930, and married her husband Joe in 1933. She was a member of the Blenheim Senior's Centre for many years. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Tuesday, July 7 , 2009 from noon until 1:30 p.m. Funeral Service will immediately follow at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with The Rev.
