Obituary of John F. Smith

SMITH: John F. “Smitty”. A resident of Blenheim John F. “Smitty” Smith died peacefully at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Sunday August 2, 2009 at the age of 65. Born in Windsor, son of the late Francis & Margaret (Dawson) Smith. Dear brother of Cora & her husband Richard Wright of Ridgetown, and Roy Smith & his wife Lynn of Coleman, Alberta. Uncle of Libby Wright & her husband Pete Vandenburg of Elmira, and Eben Smith, and Alexander Smith, both of Coleman, Alberta. Great uncle of Sean Wilton and Kyle Wilton. Smitty was a long time employee of Rol-land Farms, Blenheim. Family and friends will gather for a graveside interment service at Pardoville Cemetery, Raleigh Township on Monday August 10, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Donations to Foundation of CKHA-MRI Campaign appreciated.
