SCHWARZ: Marla Louise It is with great sadness that the family of Marla Schwarz announce her passing on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. A resident of Chatham, Marla passed away at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance at the age of 67. Beloved daughter of the late Della Dodson. Cherished wife of John Schwarz for 33 years. Loving mother of Patti Carroll, Diane Carroll, Stephanie Jenkins & partner Marty Mudge. She will be missed by her grandchildren Lily Carroll and Tyler Paisley. She is predeceased by her grandchildren Dillon, Samuel and Ethan Carroll. Marla worked for Siemens for many years. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St. Chatham, on Thursday, August 13, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. & 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2009, from the Funeral Home, with Rev. Leona Wright officiating. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the London Health Sciences Foundation for the London Cancer Centre in memory of Marla.
