Obituary of Viola Catherine Miller

Miller; Viola Catherine, a resident of Chatham. Viola Miller died Monday August 17, 2009 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 91. Born in Kitchener, Ontario on November 24, 1917 daughter of the late Valentine & Katherine (Dempsey) Berlet. Beloved wife of Carl F. Miller. Dear mother of Paul, Mark, David & his wife Debbie. Grandmother of Kristin, Eric & Colin. Sister of Ruth, Alvin, Donnie, Ken and the late Marie, Edwin, Lorne & Carl. Mrs. Miller was a long time member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church, the Ladies Guild and Sunday School Teacher for many years. She received the first Mrs Goodfellow award. The Miller Family wish to acknowledged the dedication and care provided by C.C.A.C, The VON and Meals On Wheels. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 ST. Clair ST., Chatham on Tuesday August 18, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 445 McNaughton Ave.,W., Chatham on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Art Schiemann officiating.
