Obituary of Vincent Bergeron

BERGERON: Vincent “Mike”. A resident of Chatham, and formerly of LaSalle, Mike Bergeron passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Tuesday September 1, 2009 at the age of 86. Born in River Canard, son of the late Frank & Blanche (Meloche) Bergeron. Beloved husband of the late M. Theresa (Maure) Bergeron (January 8, 2009) Loving father of Denise & Rosaire Emery of Chatham, and cherished grandfather of Matthew and Christopher Emery. Dear brother of Rita & Harold Myers of LaSalle, Percy Bergeron of Windsor and his late wife Jenny, and the late Bill & Julia Bergeron, Joseph & Louise Bergeron, and Frank Bergeron Jr. Mike served with the Canadian Army during WWII and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, LaSalle. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday 2:00-4:30 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service at the Funeral Home on Friday September 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Daniel Bombardier officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at Immaculée Conception Cemetery at a later date.
