Myers passed away with family at her side on September 24, 2009 at the age of 80, at Meadow Park Nursing Home where she has resided for the past five years. Born in Ridgetown, Ontario, daughter of the late Lorne (1986) & Gladys (Boyle) (1991) Bishop. Loving wife of the late Joseph ‘Oscar’ Myers (1991). Cherished mother of sons Rockey, Windsor; Fred, London; daughters and sons-in-law Judi & John Maynard, Chatham and Wendy & Mike Brown, Chatham. Predeceased by son Roddy (2006). Adored grandmother of Amy (Maynard)& Graeme Millington, Toronto; John Maynard, Edmonton; Theresa Myers & Sladjan, Windsor; Max Broadbent; Scott Broadbent; Michael & Kyla Brown, Chatham, Amanda Brown, Hamilton; Leessa (Myers) & Larry Giacalone; Joe Myers; Jen (Myers) & Aaron Kogon, Keith Myers, Windsor. Great Grandmother of Dora, Connor, Larry & Anthony, Amber & Jasmyn. Dearly loved by Sue, Benji & Taylor Windsor. Predeceased by brother Jerry Bishop and sister-in-law Bonnie (Reaume) Bishop. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Sunday September 27, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday at 1:30 p.m. with Donna Green officiating.
