Obituary of Robert Clayton

CLAYTON: Robert Lee (Bob). A resident of Chatham and formerly of Shrewsbury, Robert Clayton passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Monday, January 25, 2010 at the age of 63. Born in Chatham, son of the late Albert Wellington and Rose Marie (Heuston) Clayton. Dear father of Leigh Ann Bechard and husband Jean-Paul, Heather Clayton, Ken Anson, and step-father of Joel and Melissa Desjardins, Josh Desjardins, Magan Desjardins, and Dave Desjardins and Rose, all of Chatham. Close companion of Linda Desjardins of Chatham. Grandfather of Anthony, Breanna, Russell, Michelle, Marisa, Ashley, Alexis, Mateleine, Aiden, Gabriele, and great-grandfather of T.J. Brother of Jim Clayton of Shrewsbury, Harry Clayton of Erie Beach, the late Allan Clayton (2006) and wife Rose of Erie Beach, and step-brother of Cathy Morden of Acton, Patty and Jason Campbell of Chatham, and Nancy and Mike Belanger of Chatham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
