Obituary of Marian J. Malm

MALM: Marian J. - A resident of Chatham, and formerly of McKay’s Corners, Marian Malm passed away at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the age of 94. Born in Ridgetown, daughter of the late Guy and Nina Ivey. Beloved wife of the late Leo Malm (1992). Loving mother of Ronald Malm and his wife Marlene of Rondeau Bay Estates. Survived by her daughter-in-law Marjorie Malm. Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and their families. Also missed by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Margaret Andrews and her son John R. “Jack” Malm. Marian is the last surviving member of her family, having been predeceased by her sisters Bertha Ivey and Enid Johnson, and her brothers Jack Ivey and Bert Ivey. Marian was an active member of Evangel Community Church in Chatham. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street E., Ridgetown, on Friday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.William Pipke Sr. officiating.
