Obituary of Lucas Daniel Lee Raes

RAES: Lucas Daniel Lee – Born on April 24, 2010 and slipped away peacefully in Mom’s arms on April 29, 2010. Lucas was the precious and much loved son of Jackie Blazukiewicz and Leon Raes. Lucas will be remembered by his big brother Roen and twin brother Sawyer. Cherished grandson of Brenda Leach and Dan Ryan and Dan and Linda Raes. Lucas is in heaven with his grandpa Adam Blazukiewicz. Lucas is survived and loved by his Aunt Jolene, Uncle Justin, Uncle Don, Uncle Rob and Aunt Jessica. Also survived by his great-grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Lucas will be forever missed and always loved. A private family service will be held with Fr. Daniel Bombardier officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Donations made in memory of Lucas to the Ronald McDonald House or the Sick Kids Cardiac Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
