Obituary of Brent Thompson

THOMPSON: Brent. A resident of Blenheim, and formerly of Toronto, Bracebridge and Florida, Brent Thompson passed away at his residence with family by his side on Sunday, May 30, 2010 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Jean. Loving step-father of James St. John (Gail) of Toronto and cherished grandfather of Dallas. He will be greatly missed by his many close friends in Toronto, Bracebridge, Spring Hill-Florida, and Blenheim. Brent was a retired Captain of the North York Fire Department. He enjoyed golf, fishing and his four legged friends Bailey and Smokey. Brent was a member of the RCL in both Toronto and Bracebridge. A Memorial Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Gordon Reynolds officiating. Donations made in memory of Brent to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
