Obituary of Faye Krouse

KROUSE: Faye E. A resident of Ridgetown, Faye Krouse passed away at the Village Retirement Residence on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at the age of 88. Born in Collingwood, daughter of the late Robert and Caroline (Kemple) Hutchinson. Beloved wife of the late John C. Krouse (1976). Dear mother of Bob Krouse and his wife Kim of Erieau, Linda Benoot and her husband Brian of Ridgetown, Ruth Metcalfe and her husband Larry of Ridgetown, Guy Krouse and his partner Frans deMars of Toronto, and the late Karen Stuivenberg (1992). Also survived by son-in-law Art Stuivenberg of Owen Sound. Grandmother of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Krouse was a member of Erie Street United Church, Ridgetown, and Royal Canadian Legion Branch#243 Ladies Auxiliary, Ridgetown. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Legion Ladies Auxiliary Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held from the Funeral Home on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Judith Fayter officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Erie Street United Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
