Obituary of Noella Maria Roberts

ROBERTS: Noella Maria (nee Lucier)- A resident of Dover Township and formerly of Lincoln Park Michigan, Noella passed away at her home with family by her side on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at the age of 87. Born in Dover Township, Noella was the daughter of the late Dominic and Alma (Sylvain) Lucier. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Roberts (1973). Loving mother of Arlene Lozon (Gerald) of Dover Township, Starr Dominic Roberts of Dover Township, Melanie Packham of Dover Township and Wanda Roberts of Chatham. Predeceased by her son-in-law Bill Packham (2008). Proud grandmother of Scott Lozon (Lorrie Kaspar), Bryan Lozon (Melanie) and Kelsey Packham all of Dover Township. Great-grandmother to Tyler Lozon, Sydney Lozon, Maxwell Lozon, Trevor Lozon and Ashley Lozon. Great-great-grandmother to Brooklyn Lozon. Dear sister to Dorothy Poissant of Chatham. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Dan Lucier, Felix Lucier, Stella Lozon, Harvey Lucier and Doria Charron. Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Noella will be remembered for her genuine and caring nature, her fondness for helping others and her ability to give. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 11, 2010 with Fr. Eugene Roy officiating. Interment St. Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe.
