GAGNER(RODGER): Marion E. - A resident of Blenheim, Marion Gagner passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the age of 67. Born in Kincardine, daughter of the late Borden and Evelyn (Stanley) Riehl. Beloved wife of Rick Gagner. Loving mother of Gary Rodger, his wife Tina of Blenheim and Chantelle Rodger of Blenheim. Stepmother of Megan Gagner of Listowel and Aaron Gagner of Blenheim. Proud grandmother of Daniel Rodger, Madison Gagner and Max Gagner. Sister of Donna Lee and Dick Kuntz of Nanaimo, B.C., Rick and Betty Riehl of Clinton, Doug Riehl of London, Linda and Allan Prunier of Florida, and the late Gary Riehl. Daughter-in-law of Helen Gagner and the late Armand Gagner of Chatham. Sister-in-law of Kathy and Dick O’Neil of Chatham, Lynn and Denis Boylan of Blenheim, Dan and Diane Gagner of Chatham, Lisa and Guy Graham of Mitchell’s Bay, David and Joanne Gagner of Vancouver, B.C., and the late Larry Gagner. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Marion was an Elementary School Teacher and taught at W.J. Baird and Harwich Raleigh schools for 34 years. She was also a member of the Blenheim Community Golf Course and served as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees and President of the Board. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Wanda Burse officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations in Marion’s honour to the Canadian Cancer Society (Research) would be appreciated.
