Obituary of Robert Roger Louagie

Louagie, Robert Roger, a resident of R.R. #1 Grande Pointe. It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) R. Louagie on Monday August 16, 2010 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus with his family at his side. Born October 31, 1944 in Chatham, Ontario son of the late Omer & Madeline (Moyaert) Louagie. Beloved husband of Vera Emily (Punnewaert) Louagie for 44 years. Dear father of Wayne (Pat) Louagie, Grande Pointe; Chris Louagie, Grande Pointe; and the late Kim Louagie (January 28, 2010). Grandfather of Caden, Sean, Wesley, Shelby & Lucas. Bob farmed and work at Navistar prior to his retirement. A Private Family Service will be conducted at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham with Fr. Michael Michon officiating. Interment in St. Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe. Donations in memory of Bob to the March of Dimes or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
