Obituary of David Allan Shreve

Shreve, David Allan, a resident of Chatham. David A. Shreve died Monday September 27, 2010 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 41. Born in Chatham son of Ellwood & Judith (Houben) Shreve of Chatham. Beloved father of Jessica (Jason) Shreve, Windsor; David (Jr.) (Diane) Shreve, Windsor; Dwayne Shreve, Chatham and Justine Shreve, Windsor. Grandfather of Jason, Jennifer, Dave III, & Jade. Dear brother of Ellwood (Jr.) (Brenda) Shreve, Chatham and Kevin (Carolyn) Shreve, Chatham. Uncle of Rachel, Sarah, Ethan and Evan. Also survived by very special friend Charlotte Bowers and several aunts, uncles & cousins. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Thursday September 30, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at Praise Fellowship Church, 65 Park Ave.,E., Chatham on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Michael Koppes officiating, Cremation to follow with the interment in Bothwell Cemetery at a later date.
