POLLARD: Thelma A resident Chatham and formerly of New Brunswick, Thelma Pollard passed away on October 19, 2010 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 81. Dear daughter of the late Elmer and Florence Morrell. Dear mother of Darlene Handy of Chatham, Elwin (Skipper) Handy of Bancroft, the late Eric Handy, and the late David Handy. Dear grandmother of Erica, Ryan, Jamie, Joel and Paul; Jennifer and Jessica; and Billy and Tonya. Dear sister of William Morrell of Chatham, and Sylvia Summerfield of Chatham. Predeceased by a brother Elmer Jr. Morrell. Fondly remembered by Cindy Howard and Greg Way. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Thursday, October 21, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
