Obituary of Glen Edwards

EDWARDS: Glen. A resident of Blenheim, Glen Edwards passed away following a brief illness at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham, surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the age of 78. Born in Romney Township, son of the late George and Winnifred (Hyatt) Edwards. Beloved husband of Jennie (Turner) Edwards for 59 years. Dear father of Doug Edwards of Blenheim, Glenda Kozlof and her husband Tim of Chatham, and the late Richard Edwards (1985). Grandfather of Kristle (Adrien), Tiffany (Tim), T.J. (Natasha), Tammy (Rick), Tim, and Shawn (Kelly). Also survived by several great-grandchildren. Brother of Jean Borian of Wallaceburg, Helen and Lloyd Hazlett of Blenheim, Ilene Wharram of Cobourg, and the late Millard Edwards. Glen drove truck all of his life. He hauled for Gordon Burk Transport for 29 years, and Charron Transport for 9 years until his retirement. He was a member of Glad Tidings Church, Blenheim. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Sunday from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
