Obituary of Robert F. Smith

SMITH: Robert Franklin A resident of Chatham, Robert Smith passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Copper Terrace Nursing Home, at the age of 89. Born in Guilds, son of the late David & Annabelle (Montague) Smith. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Hendricks) Smith (2007). Loving father of the late Robert J.W. Smith (2008) and Donald W. & Lucianne Smith of Dresden, and daughter in-law Patricia Worthington-Smith of Chatham. Proud grandfather of 9, and great grandfather of 6. Dear brother of Patricia of Chatham, Beth of Chatham, and Nora of London. Predeceased by his sisters Donna and Jean. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date with Heather Scott officiating.
