Obituary of Rick Hickmott

Hickmott: Rick, a resident of Chatham and formerly Kingsville. Rick Hickmott passed away peacefully with his family at his side at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus on Tuesday May 31, 2011 at the age of 61. Born in Kingsville, son of Virginia & Rene Paquin and the late Raymond Hickmott. Beloved husband of Evelyn Hickmott. Dear father of Marcie Hickmott (Lesha), Toronto; Steve Roelofsen (Venessa), London and Sean Roelofsen, Chatham. Grandfather of Owen, Ella and Olivia. Brother of Dan Hickmott (Cheryl); Randy Hickmott: Fred Hickmott (Nancy); Cindy Lenahan (Terry); Frank Hickmott (Wanda); Tim Paquin (Shelly); Dave Quick (Maryann) and the late Vickey Quick and Gail Moore. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Rick was a letter carrier with Canada Post in Kingsville for over 30 years. A Memorial Service to celebrate Rick’s life will be held on Saturday June 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham.
