Obituary of Edgar Hebert

HEBERT, Edgar “Ted” A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Blenheim, Edgar Hebert passed away quietly in his sleep on Friday, July 22, 2011 at the Copper Terrace Nursing Home at the age of 86. For those who knew him a long time, we will miss his quiet strength, his love of family, and his sense of humour. Ted had been living at the Copper Terrace Nursing Home, Chatham for numerous years. He leaves behind his devoted wife Barbara Hebert, his two sons Teddy Hebert, Terry Hebert (Louise), granddaughter Madeleine Hebert, as well as Barbara’s 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren who he thought of as his own. Edgar joins his first wife Theresa (nee Renaud) Hebert in eternal rest of the Lord. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Monday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. with Brother Stephen Van Massenhoven officiating.
