Obituary of Archie Harold Harrogate

Harrogate, Archie Harold, a resident of Chatham. Archie H. Harrogate died Thursday August 4, 2011 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, at the age of 72. Born in Chatham, son of Doris (Getty) Harrogate, Blenheim and the late Leslie Harrogate. Beloved husband of Donna Anne (Cline) Harrogate. Dear father of Craig & Patti Harrogate, Chatham; Cathy & Darren Van Neck, Rockwood and Wade Harrogate, Vancouver. Grandfather of Meghan, Brendan & Brett Harrogate; Ryleigh, Hayden, Quin & Kees Van Neck. Brother of Ellwood Harrogate, Erieau and the late Lillian Mack. Mr. Harrogate was a member of Wellington Victory Lodge #46 A.F. & A.M.; Country View Golf Club; an honorary life member of the Chatham Minor Hockey Association and was inducted into the Chatham Sports Hall of Fame with Branch 431 Legion Bantam All Stars in 2003. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 st. Clair St., Chatham on Friday August 5, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Mark Perry officiating.
