Obituary of Monica Gertrude Duck

Duck, Monica Gertrude, a resident of Morpeth, passed away peacefully at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Friday October 7, 2011 at the age of 91. Born in Howard Township, daughter of the late John Dorcy & Mary (Cadotte) Colby. Beloved wife of the late Donald E. Duck (2004). Dear mother of Danny & Frances Duck, Lucknow; Allan & Noreen Duck, Morpeth and Jeanette & Greg Symons, Chatham. Grandmother of 8 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren. Sister of George & Aileen Colby, Chatham; Marie St. Pierre (the late Leonard), Ridgetown; Maxine Charlton, Chatham; and the late Peter Colby and John Colby. Sister-in-law of Phyllis Colby, Ridgetown and the late Helene Duck. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 76 Main St., Ridgetown on Sunday October 9, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Donald MacMillan officiating.
