Obituary of J. Wayne McCallum

McCallum, J. Wayne, a resident of RR #9, Chatham. Wayne McCallum died suddenly on Saturday October 8, 2011 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 65. Born in Chatham, son of Rita (Coveny) McCallum of Chatham and the late Donald McCallum. Survived by a dear daughter Jody (David) Glover, London and her mother Janet (Rosseel) Patterson of Wallaceburg. Grandfather of Gabrielle, Paige, Christian and Nicholas. Brother of Mark & Carol McCallum of Dresden and Scott & Rhonda McCallum of Wallaceburg. Uncle of Chad (Janelle) McCallum, Chatham and Marcy (Kyle) Jacques, Moose Jaw, Sask. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Thursday October 13, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers will be offered at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Fr. Daniel Bombardier celebrant. Interment Dresden Cemetery. Donations in memory of Wayne to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
