Obituary of Alexander Lee Cuthbertson

CUTHBERTSON: Alexander Lee ‘Alex’– A resident of Chatham, Alex Cuthbertson passed away suddenly at Copper Terrace Long Term Care Facility on Friday, October 14, 2011 at the age of 47. Alex was the youngest child of Morris and Shirley Cuthbertson of R.R. # 3 Chatham, and a much loved brother of Janice Bachynski (Daniel) of R.R. # 3 Chatham and Gail Cuthbertson of London. Proud uncle of Mark Bachynski of Chatham and Matthew Bachynski (Megan) of London. Alex was a graduate of Harwich Raleigh Public School, and attended both Blenheim District High School and Chatham-Kent Secondary School. He had a love for cats, and thoroughly enjoyed sailing, playing the drums and playing chess. He also taught Sunday School at St. Paul’s United Church. A Private Family Service will be held with an interment in Evergreen Cemetery in Blenheim to follow. Donations made in memory of Alex to the Schizophrenia Society would be appreciated by the family.
