PARKER: GERALD EDWARD: A resident of Chatham, Gerald Parker passed away at his residence on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the age of 77. Born in West Paradise, Nova Scotia, Gerald is the son of the late Charles and Vera Parker. Beloved husband of Irene (Wilcox) Parker. Dear father of Cathy and Brad Suter of Tilbury, and Mike and Danna Parker of Chatham. Cherished grandfather of Loewyn and Lucas Suter, and Jade and Mikey Parker. Dear brother of Marianne Mackenzie of Nova Scotia and brother-in-law of the late Don Mackenzie (2011). Gerald was an avid fisherman, golfer, Toronto Maple Leafs fan, but above all he was best known for always putting his family and friends before himself. Family to receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Tuesday, November 22 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
