Obituary of Gary Carnegie

CARNEGIE: Gary Frederick. A resident of Chatham, Gary Carnegie passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at the age of 55. Born in Windsor, son of Mrs. Eileen (Ball) (Carnegie) Brillinger of Ridgetown, and the late Frederick Carnegie, and also predeceased by his step-father Claude Brillinger. Husband of Deborah (Tomkinson) Carnegie. Brother of Gayle Shantz and her husband Roger of Chatham, and step-brother of Sharon Babcock and her husband Hal of Orangeville, and the late Claudia Fournier. Uncle of Ben Simpson (Amber), Diana Simpson (Andrew), Rachel Shantz (Christopher), and several step-nieces and nephews. Great-uncle of Dayton, Kinsey, Paxton, Sophie, and Nate. Gary loved being a truck driver for 35 years, and visited virtually every state in the U.S.A. Family and friends will be received at Grace Bible Church, 14 Head Street, Ridgetown on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Donald MacMillan officiating.
