Obituary of Josephine Cleveland

CLEVELAND: Josephine “Josie” (nee Horak) - A resident of R.R. #4 Blenheim, Josephine Cleveland died Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Village on the Ridge, Ridgetown at the age of 81. Born in Chatham, Josephine was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Joch) Horak. Beloved wife of the late Robert Andrew Cleveland (1998). Dear mother to Andrew Cleveland of R.R. #4 Blenheim and Roberta Rogers and her husband Kean of Oregon. Josephine was a member of St. Mary’s Parish and was a member of the C.W.L. for over 40 years. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. with C.W.L. prayers to follow. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 26 George St., Ridgetown at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2012 with Fr. Mariaraj Irudayam celebrant. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations made in memory of Josephine to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
