Obituary of Philip Reade

READE: Philip Reginald. A resident of Ridgetown and formerly of Cambridge, Philip Reade died suddenly at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital, Windsor on Monday, January 30, 2012 at the age of 64. Born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, son of the late Delbert and Fern (Ackerley) Reade. Beloved husband of Yvonne (Nickerson) Reade. Dear father of Dennis Reade and his wife Carleen of Edmonton, Alberta, and Tamara Murphy and her husband Ken of Dorchester. Grandfather of Quinton, Keegan, and Cayden. Philip will also be dearly missed by his faithful golden retriever, Maggie. After Philip retired, he moved to Ridgetown with Yvonne and together they designed and built their retirement home. Philip loved woodworking and building, and in his spare time, playing Sudoku. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Friday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Erie Street United Church, 7 Erie Street North on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
