Schives: R. Grant. A resident of Chatham, Grant Schives passed away at Meadowpark Nursing Home, Chatham on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the age of 96. Born in Valetta, son of the late Robert and Eva (Grant) Schives. Beloved husband of the late Bertha (Lewis) Schives (2006). Dear father of Robert Schives of R.R.#1 Utterson and his late wife Karen (2008). Grandfather of Beth Lennox of Cambridge, Heather Morrison of St. George, and Linda Lennox of Toronto. Brother of Jeanette Quinn of Chatham and the late Gerald Schives, Jack Schives, Mary Ballard, and Gwen Henderson. Grant was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church, Chatham. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Funeral Service will immediately follow at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
