CARPENTER, CLARA THERESA: A resident of Chatham, Clara Carpenter passed away on February 19, 2012 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 57. Born in Chatham, Clara is the daughter of the late Henry and Josephine St. John. Cherished spouse for 38 years to Gord June. Beloved mother of Shawn Carpenter and Dannielle Bueckert of Chatham, Karen Stoffyn & John of Chatham, and Gord and Helen June of Chatham. Loving grandmother of Tyler Carpenter, Michelle Bueckert, and Cameron Carpenter; Kaitlyn Stoffyn and Sarah Stoffyn; and Matthiew June, Jared June, and Alayna June. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Memorial Service at the Funeral Home on Thursday February 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Immaculee Conception Cemetery, Pain Court.
