Obituary of Blake Gray

GRAY, Blake: A resident of Chatham, Blake Gray passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the age of 53. Born in Chatham , Blake is the son of Fern and the late Carl Gray. Cherished spouse of Marlene Goudreau of Chatham. Dear father of Kevin Gray (Lisa) of Chatham, Melissa Gray (Mason) of Chatham, Crystal Gray of Chatham and predeceased by an infant son Josh. Dear grandfather of 4 and fondly remembered as papa to Dale Dawson. Dear brother of Wayne Gray (Wendy), Jean Gray (Susan), David Gray (Joanne) and Cheryl Crowder (Bruce). Predeceased by brothers Kevin and Brad. Fondly remembered by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Blake loved the outdoors, working on cars, his family, and will be remembered for his great sense of humour and love for life. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ursula Catholic Church, 205 Tweedsmuir Ave W, Chatham on Wednesday February 29, 2012 at 2 pm with Fr. Matt Kucharski celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
