Obituary of Charlene Veronica Wegrzyn

WEGRZYN: Charlene Veronica – A resident of Ridgetown, Charlene passed away on Monday, March 5, 2012 at the age of 66. Born in Lezkowice, Poland, Charlene was the daughter of the late August and Emilia (Musial) Watorek. Beloved wife of the late Edward John Wegrzyn, Sr. (2006). Loving mother of Edward Wegrzyn, Jr. and Lori Newby of Ridgetown, Mary Ann Hawthorne and her husband Mike of Ridgetown and Chris Wegrzyn and his wife Kelly of Ridgetown. Proud grandmother of Hayley and Kristy Hawthorne, Brandon, Krisinda, and Brett Wegrzyn and Samantha and Daniel Doughty. Dear sister to Kazimiera and Ted Skimina of Poland and sister-in-law to Velma Valenciuk and her late husband Walter of Essex. Predeceased by her brother Kazimierz Watorek. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family will be received at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at the Funeral Home Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 26 George Street, Ridgetown at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 with Fr. Mariaraj Irudayam celebrant. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
