Obituary of Myra McMillan

McMILLAN, MYRA. A resident of R.R.#3 Kent Bridge, Myra McMillan passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the age of 76 . Born in Finch, Ontario, Myra is the daughter of the late Percy and Gladys Ouderkirk. Beloved wife of the late Lynn McMillan. Dear mother of Beth Wilson (Brian) of R.R. #3 Kent Bridge, Kirk McMillan (Heather) of Mississauga, and Jeff McMillan (Kirsten Lawson) of Toronto. Dear grandmother of Jenna, Connor, Paige, and Ryan. After graduating from Queens University, Myra ventured to Chatham-Kent to pursue her career teaching secondary school. She was a long-time resident of the Botany community where she and Lynn raised their family and later enjoyed time on the farm with their grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment Botany Cemetery.
