Cadotte, Clifford Leo: A resident of Chatham, Clifford passed away suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the age of 74. Born in Dover Township on May 11 , 1937, Clifford is the son of the late Harry H. Cadotte and Luella Mae (Harron) Cadotte. Dearly loved father of Kimberly Eileen Cadotte (Martin Anon) of Edmonton, Alberta. Dear grandfather of Ashley M. Cadotte (Kevin) of Kitchener, and Allen Coture (Laura) of Owen Sound. Dear great-grandfather of Michele Coture. Also survived by best friend and wife Bettie Cadotte of Chatham. Dearly loved brother of Patricia Axford (Terry) of Peterborough. Predeceased by brothers Clayton, Stan, Bill, Peter Cadotte, and sisters Phyllis Jessop, Theresa (Nelson) Blake, Luella (Bert) St. Pierre and Shirley (Jack) Glassford. “Uncle Joe” will be missed by many nieces and nephews and all of his friends at the coffee shop. “A kind, gentle soul who would go out of his way to give a helping hand. He loved to laugh and joke. The world was a better place when you were here. ‘til we meet again.” A cemetery remembrance will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Owen Cemetery, Dover Township.
