Obituary of Stuart Howlett

HOWLETT: Stuart, A resident of Chatham, Stuart passed away on June 10, 2012 at the Copper Terrace Long Term Care Facility at the age of 68. Stu is the son of the late Hamilton and Alice (Merkel) Howlett. Predeceased by his wife Beverly Howlett (2011). Beloved father of Linda Bosse, her children Belinda (Korey, Kassandra), Dale, & Amy (infant daughter); James Howlett (Amanda), children, Amber (baby Aneisha), Brittany & Karissa; Donald Howlett (Kelsey & Kaleb),Grayling Church (Gertie), his children Ashley & Jason and Jaley; Tammy Snobelen, her children, Paul, Jordan & Shayla Snobelen; Dianne (Richard) LaBonte and Peter Howlett, his children Larissa & Pierce. Stu is also survived by brother and sister-in-laws, Ernie & Agnes Howlett; and Diane & Chuck Herniman. Fondly remembered by Ilene Larkin’s family Bryan (Debbie), Ronnie-Lee, Janie, Michael, Carolyn Phelps and Robyne Brown. Predeceased by brother Lloyd Howlett, and sister-in-laws Joye Howlett and Ilene Larkin. Stu worked for over 25 years at Navistar. A special thank you to the staff on 2E at Copper Terrace for their care and compassion towards Stu. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday June 13, 2012 at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham with Pastor Sharon Grainger officiating. Cremation has taken place.
