Obituary of Robert Vincent Regnier

Regnier, Robert Vincent, a resident of Chatham. Robert (Bob) Regnier died suddenly Thursday August 30, 2012 at the age of 71. Born in Windsor, Ontario, son of the late Urgele Oscar & Almira Marie (Bechard) Regnier. Beloved husband and best friend for 34 years of Helen (Liberty) Regnier. Dear father of two daughters Michelle & Mike Frak, Pain Court; and Sandy & Brian McGorman, London. Cherished grandfather of Amber Frak; and Stuart & Paris McGorman. Also survived by two sons Tim Regnier & his family and Kevin Regnier & his family. Brother of Albert & Velina Regnier; Ron & Theresa Regnier; Richard & Bonnie Regnier; Patricia Bechard & Sandra Violot. Brother-in-law of Charles & Lillian Liberty; Ben & Lynn Liberty; Patricia & Terry Oster; Linda Richley. Pre-deceased by brothers-in-law Larry Bechard; Randy Violot & Ralph Richley. Bob will be sadly missed by so many extended family members, neighbours and close friends from the Kent Historic Auto Club. Bob was a millwright and was employed at Rockwell/Meritor for 31 years and enjoyed a wonderful retirement for 16 years. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Thursday September 6, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Friday September 7 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place.
