Payne, Francis Roy, a resident of Chatham. Francis (Papa) Payne died at his home surrounded by family on Saturday September 1, 2012 at the age of 49. Born in Chatham son of John William Schram and the late Vivian Joyce (Parrott) Schram (1987). Beloved husband of Christianne (Picard) Payne. Dear father of Daniel Caza (Celeste), Merlin and Michelle Caza, Ridgetown.Grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 2 god-children. Brother of John Payne; Clayton Payne (Janice); Robin Payne & Ida Day (Wayne) all of Chatham and the late Cathrine Caron (1977); Theresa Schram (1970) & Gerald Payne (1991).Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Tuesday September 4, 2012 from 3:00-5:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
