RABIDEAU: Clarence (Guy). A resident of Chatham, Guy Rabideau passed away at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Monday, October 1, 2012 at the age of 81. Born in Harwich Township, son of the late Joseph and Ella (Myers) Rabideau. Beloved husband of Mary (Elgie) Rabideau for 62 years. Dear father of Randie Rabideau and his wife Marisa Ferrera of Toronto, Dwight Rabideau and his wife Pat of Charing Cross, and Kevin Rabideau and his wife Joy of Oakville. Grandfather of Rhonda Rillette and her husband Jesse, Jordan Rabideau, Justin Rabideau, Brandon Rabideau, Sabrina Rabideau, and Matthew Rabideau. Great-grandfather of Jay and Jace. Brother of Harland Rabideau, Betty Baker and her husband Bob, and the late Marlene Seton and her husband David, all of Chatham. Guy owned and operated Dealtown Service Centre, Bayview Market in Rondeau Park, and Hegs Hub in Ridgetown during his career. He was also a well known auto mechanic prior to operating the mentioned businesses. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Praise Fellowship Church, 165 Park Ave. E., Chatham on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Michael Koppes officiating. Interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. In lieu of flowers, donations to Outreach for Hunger or Praise Fellowship Church Soup Kitchen would be appreciated.
