Obituary of Margaret Johnson

JOHNSON, Margaret; A resident of Chatham, Margaret “Marg” Johnson (nee Wellington), passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus. Born in Chatham Township 80 years ago, daughter of the late Walter & Ruth Wellington. Beloved wife for 62 years to Gerald Johnson. Loving mother to Gary Johnson (Jennifer) of Chatham, Sandra Carson (Tom) of London, Gail Whitney (Matthew) of Kent Bridge, Kathy Cons (David) of Chatham. Predeceased by her son Ronnie Johnson. Forever missed by her 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. Sister to Robert Wellington and his wife the late Darlene, and sister-in-law to many. Marg cherished her time with her family & friends. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Monday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. with Captain Andrew Watkinson officiating.
