Obituary of Shelley-Jane Dignam

DIGNAM: Shelley-Jane (nee Cooke) - A resident of Ridgetown, Shelley Dignam passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday, October 28, 2012. Born in Chatham on January 9, 1962, Shelley was the daughter of Bill and Gail (Langford) Cooke. Shelley is survived by the father of her children, Ken Dignam. Loving mother of Carley-Jane Dignam of London and Katey Lorraine Dignam of Toronto. Dear sister to Steven Douglas Cooke (Lisa) of Chatham and David Lawrence Cooke (Debbie) of Timmins. Proud aunt of Jaime, Dale, Sarah and Chris. Shelley was a friend to all and will be missed by many. She has earned her golden wings. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Shelley’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Brach #243 Ridgetown on Sunday, November 25, 2012 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Donations made in memory of Shelley to Westover Treatment Centre or O.S.P.C.A. – Chatham-Kent would be appreciated.
